Thereis no "realistic" setting for camera position and tilt. There only is the one that makes sense for whatever your rig is setup to. Basically it all comes down to where your monitor is positioned. Good indicator for camera position is the ingame dash (if the monitor is right behind your wheelbase, you should see most of the dash.
