Girlfriendhas a 2023 A3 and the MMI screen isn’t turning on at all. Standard message on the dash saying ‘initialising entertainment. HIall, i have a 2015 A3 and and iphone X on ios 11. The lightning MMI cable works OK for playing music through etc, but all of a sudden it has stopped charging my phone when playing. Received199 Likes on 170 Posts. @A7Guy step 1 to troubleshooting is to check the easy stuff: 1- force reset your MMI via the 3 button reset. 2 - fuses, don't just rely on visual inspection but test each one if you're not 100% sure that they work. 3- start loop back testing at each chain along the MMI connection.
