The best xp farm is right in the beginning of the game at bogano. At the bottom of the elevator that takes you to the tower or whatever its called there is an oggdo and 4 bog rats with a meditation point right on top of the oggdo. It's a 50 sec run and gives exactly 1/6 of an XP point.
