Inspection shows that Adblue tank seems to be in the same location and the same size on both. The difference appears to be that the exhaust systems are significantly different. The 150 exhaust has a large box that takes up a lot of space, whereas the 120 has a more or less straight exhaust with a tiny box that takes up virtually no space.

To reset the urea level light, there is a reset procedure to follow - it's something like ignition on, but don't start the engine, wait for all messages to appear on the dash, count to 10, then ignition off - then start engine and the level should now have registered and the low level warning should have cleared.

The one preventative is dosing the tank with a bottle of (e.g.) Wynns Crystal Clear and Protect which is reputed to stop the Adblue crystallising and blockimg things up. First time I've heard about the tank itself, but there have been recalls for the AdBlue wiring harness and tank cap on some versions. Sounds like you have a helpful dealer at least. There have been many reports of issues with the Adblue system. It occurs right across the Citroen diesel range.
